TEST PUMPING
Effective irrigation requires thoroughly understanding the water source's capacity and the well's performance. Our test pumping services are essential in determining the well's yield, its response to different pumping rates, and the effects of sustained pumping. This data is crucial for optimizing your irrigation strategy. If required we can test pump any new or existing bore to determine a sustainable flow rate up to 10 Megs a day.
Decommissioning of Bores
Proper decommissioning is essential when a bore is no longer in use or needs to be closed for environmental reasons. We follow industry best practices to safely and permanently close bores, ensuring they do not threaten the groundwater system or the environment. Decommissioning of old bores must be carried out by a licensed driller in both VIC & NSW. We can decommission any existing bore using bentonite-cement slurry preventing aquifer contamination.
WATER SAMPLES
Our water sampling services involve collecting water samples and conducting comprehensive analysis to ensure the water is safe for irrigation. We also offer periodic sampling for ongoing monitoring. We can provide water samples as we drill if required We can get water a sample from each aquifer we drill through if required. The customer can send this sample away for testing. We also have a hand held salt tester onsite to do a prelim test.
FLOW RATES
Normal flow rates for a stock domestic bore are 1-3 litres per second, 60-180L/min, 3600/10800Litres/day. Some larger flows of upto 5megs/day are achievable (mostly for farming practices). In some very low flow area may only get 10-15 litres per second, still a lot of water if you have none.
